Jacob Philipp Hackert - Peintures
Jacob Philipp Hackert, qui se forme auprès de son père, est un peintre paysagiste allemand du début du Classicisme.
Né le 15/09/1737 à Prenzlau.
Mort le 28/04/1807 à S. Piero di Careggi près de Florence.
En 1754, Jacob Philipp Hackert entre à l’Académie royale berlinoise. Il voyage à travers l’Europe avant de se rendre en Italie en 1768, où il est appelé par le Roi Ferdinand IV pour travailler à la cour de Naples. Johann Wolfgang von Goethe est également fasciné par les paysages de Jacob Philipp Hackert, à la composition particulièrement harmonieuse, c’est ainsi qu’il écrira par la suite la biographie de l’artiste.
